Questions asked at the door

Booking is strongly encouraged for a first visit because a consultation needs a quiet hour at the counter. Walk-in guests are still welcome and we will find a space between booked slots whenever we can, but you may be asked to wait or to return later in the day. Bring your blend card if you already have one, along with any notes about what you have tried and how it went. If you are taking prescribed medicine or receiving treatment, please bring a list of it so the advice can be planned around your care rather than beside it. There is no need to prepare anything else; the conversation is the preparation.
